Return Policy

Cancellation

Customers can request a full refund before the goods are shipped. Cancellation is not supported after the goods are sent. CAMPROS will process the order within 24 hours after the customer requests to cancel the order. After agreeing to cancel the order, the customer will receive a refund within one day.

Return

CAMPROS will honor returns for orders placed on our website within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. To be eligible, items must be returned in brand new unused condition, with all original hangtags, packaging, and components.

Return Process

1. Please contact us providing us with the order number and reason for the return/exchange via support@camphours.com

We will process the return application within 48 hours and reply to the processing result.

2. After the customer receives the response of the processing result, send the product back and tell us the tracking number.

Note: The cost of any return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

 

Refund

You will see your refund within 1-2 weeks from the date we receive your return. If items are not returned in new, unused condition with all original product packaging including tags, the product will be returned to you with no refund. If you don't receive the refund after 14 business days, please contact us via support@camphours.com
