Shipping Policy

At CAMPROS our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most efficient way possible. Shipping charges of your order will be calculated and displayed when Checkout. Free shipping  apply to the lower 48 states in US only. At this time can not ship internationally (US shipments only).

Shipping Time:

Free shipping orders are normally processed and shipped within 1 to 2 working days. Due to an increase of orders, we are taking longer than usual to process orders. Please refer to the estimated days of delivery when checkout for updates.

Overnight orders received before 11 am and 2-Day orders before PST working days will be shipped the same day; orders received after 11 am PST will be processed and shipped the next working day.

Please note: working day is considered Monday to Friday. Shipping times are not guaranteed.

About P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses:

CAMPROS ships to addresses within the U.S. And we don't ship to P.O. Box and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

When an order is shipped, we’ll update your account to show the tracking number(s), and send you an email with the same information. By the tracking number(s) provided, you can follow the path of your order from our warehouse to your destination. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Most CAMPROS packages are shipped via UPS or FedEx. You could contact Domestic FedEx or UPS for further shipping information.

International Shipping Policy:

We are only accepting orders from the United States.
